Russian-South Ossetian agreement to be signed in early February
Russia and South Ossetia will sign an agreement on alliance and integration in early February 2015, according to South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov. The sides will discuss the document at a political council tomorrow, RIA Novosti reports.

Russian president's aide visits South Ossetia
Russian President Vladimir Putin's Aide Vladislav Surkov has arrived in North Ossetia. He visited new buildings of the district administration, the Central District Hospital in Dzau (Dzausky District) constructed within the framework of the investment program for assistance in socio-economic development of the republic in 2014, Yuga.ru reports.Surkov will meet with South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov, heads of legislative and executive branches of the republic. He will visit other facilities built within the framework of the program.

South Ossetian volunteers return from Donetsk and Luhansk
South Ossetian volunteers fighting the Ukrainian army as part of the Vostok battalion in the east of the country are returning back to South Ossetia, as stated by one of the volunteers Alan Mamiyev, Interfax reports.South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov urged them to return on December 10.
